  • If you have a query on anything digital, you can send us a message on Teams and one of our Digital Learning Coaches will respond to you as soon as possible.

  • Please send all IT issues and software faults to 

  • If you need help with using Canvas, Microsoft 365, Smart Assessor or Google Classroom then please contact

  • Please use your college email address if at all possible.

  • Please include your student number and a contact telephone if you require a call back.


Don’t worry if you are not sure who to contact. We can all forward messages to the appropriate team if necessary.
